Thought a blog might help me develop better writing habits so I could finally finish my book, 16 years in the writing, but so far it's mostly photos and FUN!

This little bird (the runt) was pushed out of the crowded nest by its siblings. Surprisingly it survived by being fed by its parents while it hid on the ground in our storage area. We named it Brave Heart. When its siblings fledged, they helped their parents feed this little bird until it was able to fly and join them. We smiled as it made its way into the wild world.
He looks just like a bird I made last year! haha
