ChosenPerspectives on DETAILS for WPC

IMG_6919IMG_1423Details If you can get past their “alien horror movie” characteristics, up close my bugs have such amazing DETAILS!

Even more amazing is the DETAIL left behind after a molting!! Antennae, claws, legs, spikes, all perfectly hollowed out as this bug miraculously removes itself from its too-small skin.

Thought a blog might help me develop better writing habits so I could finally finish my book, 16 years in the writing, but so far it's mostly photos and FUN!

  1. I always love looking at photos of your bugs. I’ve never seen ones like the first two in this post. I’m more used to them looking like the one you used for your header.

    1. Oh Marilyn, I could not agree more. I’m so not a bug person. (I’m the one who had sympathetic caterpillar nightmares right along with yours earlier this year.) I’ve had to turn this bug experience into a science project to get through it and slowly, REALLY slowly, the damn things have grown on me! (Well, that sounds even MORE creepy!)
But I love my grandsons so much and have earned “cool” status for my courage! Worth it to me! (can’t remember if I told you the original story yet.

Thanks for visiting. I really appreciate YOUR courage given you recent history.
